But, now let’s talk about the mouth-watering guilt-free Chocolate Brownies! So how is it possible to create brownies without sugar, gluten and lactose? Thanks to SUKRIN and their fantastic products it is!
Instead of sugar I used – SUKRIN GRANULATED – the calorie free alternative to sugar!

Instead of normal dark chocolate, I used SUKRIN CHOCOLATE DROPS.
Sukrin dark chocolate drops are lactose-, gluten- & sugar free and vegan, perfect for baking and cooking.
70g SUKRIN GRANULATED SUGAR
80g DE-OILED CACAO POWDER
150g SUKRIN CHOCOLATE DROPS
70g SUKRIN ALMOND FLOUR
4 LARGE EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS UN SALTED BUTTER
1 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Line bottom and sides of square baking pan with baking paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, bring an inch of water to a simmer over low heat. Place SUKRIN CHOCOLATE DROPS and butter in a medium heatproof bowl; set bowl over pan. Stir occasionally until melted. Remove from heat and let cool down. Whisk in SUKRIN GRANULATED SUGRA, egg yolk, egg white.
- In a medium bowl, sift together ALMOND FLOUR baking powder and cocoa. Stir into chocolate mixture just until incorporated.
- Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake until top is firm (a toothpick inserted in center will come out with a few moist crumbs), about 30 minutes. Let cool completely in pan. Using baking paper, lift brownies from pan. Peel off the paper. Using a serrated knife, cut into 16 squares.
