MorgenStund‘ – the perfect start into your day!

I’ve already talked about MorgenStund’ here & shared my recipe for delicious MorgenStund’ Smoothies. Today I’m sharing a super easy and yummy snack recipe with you – MorgenStund’ Snack Bars – easy to prepare, glutenfree, lactose free & healthy.

MorgenStund‘  GRANOLA BARS

300 g MorgenStund‘ ground (do not cook)

60 g walnuts

180 g honey

1 pinch of salt

160 g butter

125 g raisins

180 g almond flakes

2 eggs

Melt the butter slowly at low heat. Put MorgenStund‘, the almonds into a

bowl, add the melted butter, stir cautiously and allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. Whisk

the honey and eggs and add the salt. Carefully stir in the cooled MorgenStund‘ mixture.

Add the raisins and walnuts. Knead the mixture with your hands until it becomes a

homogeneous mass. Spread the mass on a greased baking tray using a dough scraper

or your hands and press it against the tray.

Baking temperature: 180° C, mid height

Baking time: 25 – 35 minutes
