Since I got my hands on a real ice cream maker, I’ve been trying new delicious recipe on repeat. I’m so in love with the gelataio from De’Longhi – definitely one of the best buys this summer.
As the summer has made a huge return in the last few days I decided to share another super delicious recipe with you – FROYO with super yummy crunchy granola toppings from VERIVAL BIO.
RECIPE
250g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
250g Lowfat Greek Yogurt
4 tsp Stevia Extract
1 tbs Vanilla Paste
3/4 tsp Salt
2 stiff Egg Whites
stevia or any other non calorie sweetener
juice of 1/2 lemon
FOR THE TOPPINGS: VERIVAL BIO CRUNCHY MIX & VERIVAL BIO HONEY CRUNCHY & fruits (I used strawberries & kiwis)
In a stand mixer bowl with whisk attachment, add both yogurts, stevia, vanilla paste, salt & lemon juice. Mix on low. Whisk the egg whites till stiff & add to the mixture.
Slowly add the sweetener & increase mixer speed to medium. When mixture is even scoop the mixture into the ice cream maker and use it according to user manual.
Scoop into bowls, add the VERIVAL BIO CRUNCHIES & fruits – ready to serve!
