MORGENSTUND’ PORRIDGE

IMG_4437 As you guys know, I love breakfast and really also try to never skip it, as it’S the most important meal of the day.

One of my favorite breakfasts is the P.Jentschura MorgenStund’ porridge – a millet and buckwheat porridge with fruit and seeds

MorgenStund’ contains carefully selected ingredients such as the gluten-free seeds of millet, buckwheat and amaranth as well as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sweet almonds. The natural sweetness of apple and pineapple gives the porridge its special taste. The perfekt breakfast for all ages.

The Porridge is super easy to prepare within a few minutes and tastes heavenly.

Recipe for the MorgenStund Porridge

(per serving size)

3 tablespoons of MorgenStund’ (approx. 35 g)

approx. 180 ml water or almond milk

a few flavor drops or stevia

Stir MorgenStund’ into the water using a whisk. Bring to the boil stirring continuously, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

I added raspberries – slightly cooked and sweetened with stevia, nectarines, cocos flakes & topped it with a little bit of honey.

(For 3 small servings you’ll need about 250g raspberries & 2 nectarines)
