One of our special creations at our Bubbly Bar was this super refreshing watermelon cocktail. It’s super easy to prepare, all you need is Asti (preferably Ti Amo from Hochriegl), pureed watermelon, a few watermelon pieces, lime juice (preferably Rauch lime juice), crushed iced & sparkling mineral water. Simply put the crushed ice into the glass, pour the watermelon puree in, add the watermelon pieces, lime juice & pour some Asti over.
