At coffee shops,at the mall and at fast food restaurants, but often they are full of sugar, stuffed with frozen yoghurt or even ice cream, definitely not an healthy option. In that kind of form they do more harm than good. So the best way is to check back what’s in your smoothie or make one at home.

During the summer month, smoothies are my first choice for a light lunch or breakfast. Since I received the Kennwood smootie2GO I’ve become a little smoothie-crazy and made many different delicious smoothies in the past few days.
These 3 turned out to be my favorites and here I’ve prepared the recipes for you……
Tropical Mix
1 banana
a hand full of ananas bites
a few tablespoons of coconut flakes (2-3)
150ml coconut milk
50ml water
a few drops of stevia
Throw everything into a blender, like the Kenwood smoothie2GO – blend well and enjoy!
Strawberry Mix
2 hands full of strawberry bites
a handfull of kiwi bites
150 ml water
a few drops of stevia

Banana Mix
1 large banana
1 hand full of kiwi bites
150ml cocont milk or any other typ of milk – like almond milk
