On Friday my family and I spent a wonderful day in the vineyards between Slovenia and Italy, in the Collio Goriziano. An extraordinarily beautiful area which definitely is Slovenia’s answer to Tuscany. We had lunch in a small charming ancient stone village called Brda, this small village feels somewhat separated from the rest of the world. This area definitely is worth a visit.
